Deposits and Cancellations
The first night's tariff is required upon booking to confirm the reservation. The balance is required on the arrival date.

If a cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the arrival date 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If Woodlands Retreat is able to rebook the reserved dates the balance of the deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of AUD$25.00.
If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the arrival date the deposit will not be refunded unless Woodlands Retreat is able to rebook the reserved dates. If this occurs the deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of AUD $25.00.
Cancellation of any nights once you have checked in will not be refundable.
