We appreciate that things happen and will always do our best to accommodate where able.
- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
- 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in.
- No refund within 7 days of check-in.
- If there is a complaint, plese provide notification to Woodlands Retreat within 24 hours of check-in.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest notifies Woodlands Retreat by phone or email.
- Booking change requests will incur a $85 charge if made within 14 days of check-in date
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking, and/or at least 30 full days prior to local check-in time (or by 3pm on day of check-in).
For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14 full days prior to local check in time (3:00 PM AWST).
There is no refund of fees for bookings cancelled 7 days or less than check in date. If a guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
